The work doesn’t exist alone. It exists in space.

I have long been drawn to objects and the histories they carry—how use, time, and intention become embedded in material. Collecting preceded making, and through it I came to understand that no work exists in isolation. Each piece is shaped by its environment and, in turn, shapes the space it inhabits. Context, light, and placement are not secondary considerations; they are integral to the work itself.
